Shipping overview
Body Gear Store partners with reputable carriers to deliver your order quickly and securely. Shipping options are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen service level.
Processing & handling
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) usually ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or during holidays will ship the next business day.
- Backordered items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. We will email an updated ETA if timelines change.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.
Tracking orders
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after carrier pickup.
International shipments
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Transit times may be extended by customs inspections. Please ensure the items you purchase are permitted in your region before placing an order.
Delays & failed deliveries
- If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members and neighbors before contacting the carrier.
- Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped once the original shipping fee and any carrier penalties are paid.
- Weather events, customs, or carrier capacity constraints may extend delivery times. We will proactively update you if we become aware of significant delays.
