Refund and Returns Policy
Policy overview
We want you to be confident in every purchase. Most unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the guidelines below.
Eligibility criteria
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for every return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise stated.
Non-returnable items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:
- Opened supplements, injectables, or ingestible products.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise.
How to request a return
- Contact our support team with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with packing instructions.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA and share tracking details so we can monitor the shipment.
Refund timelines
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges & store credit
If you prefer an exchange or store credit, let us know when requesting the RMA. We will reserve replacement items where possible.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend an insured, trackable service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect packages upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or with quality concerns, contact us within 3 days with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can file a carrier claim and resolve the issue quickly.
